What are the shipping charges?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.

For international orders, we provide free shipping for all orders above USD 250. On orders less than USD 250, a shipping charge of USD 20 will be applicable.


Are there any duties and taxes applicable?

All of Devyani Mehrotra orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Noida, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Devyani Mehrotra takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.


When will my order be delivered?

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 10 to 15 business days to ship an order for our ready-to-wear. Some Devyani Mehrotra pieces can take up to 20 to 35 days for shipping, depending on the garment’s style and location. Most Styles mention shipping time in their description.

Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.



How can I track my order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been confirmed. You can go to order tracking on our website. To track your order please enter your Invoice number in the box  and press the "Track" button. 


How do I know what size to order?

To help you find the perfect fit every product display page on our website has a ‘Size Chart’ section for your ready reference. 


Do you offer a made-to-order service?

 Yes, it depends on the product and quantity. Please get in touch with us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order with 24 hours. All you have to do is get in touch with us at the earliest.

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

If your order has been damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging intact. Please do report the incident to us immediately.


What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?

In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.


What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will initiate order cancellation and refund the amount.



What is your return policy?

The exchange option is not available for online purchases. Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that something you ordered from is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected in size, you can always return your order within the established return period and place another order. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and is in its original packaging. Kindly write to us at for further assistance.

Please note we do not accept returns for international orders. Also, we do not accept returns for made-to-order items and accessories, unless it is a quality defect.

Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality-check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, the refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. 

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 15 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.


Do you offer reverse pick-up?

Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share the courier tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end.

We do not accept returns on international orders. Please contact us for further assistance.



Do you provide Cash on Delivery service?

As of now, we do not provide Cash on Delivery service.


My transaction failed, I received a payment gateway error message Please help.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused; this could be due to a technical glitch, please try again later. In case the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will help you complete your order. If the amount was deducted before the order was completed, please contact your bank for transaction reversal.


What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
